Therapy Designed Around Your Life

Adults walking together outdoors, representing connection and emotional wellness

Life is demanding. Therapy shouldn't become another obligation.

Whether you're balancing a demanding career, caring for your family, working nontraditional hours, or simply looking for a more personalized therapy experience, I offer therapy designed with flexibility, privacy, and meaningful connection in mind.

Together, we'll create an approach that fits your life, not the other way around.

What You Can Expect

The best therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. It begins with understanding who you are, what matters most to you, and creating a therapy experience that reflects your unique needs. From thoughtful scheduling to personalized care, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to do meaningful work.

Tailored To You

No two people are the same, and your therapy experience shouldn't be either.

Thoughtful Scheduling

Flexible scheduling to support the demands of work, family, and everyday life.

Flexible Ways To Meet

Whether we meet in the office, virtually, by phone, or in your home when appropriate, we'll choose the setting that best fits your needs.

Therapy is available in English and Spanish.

Therapy That Feels Human

Meaningful change begins with genuine connection.

How We’ll Work Together

Therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. Some sessions may focus on working through something happening right now, while others may explore patterns, experiences, or relationships that continue to shape how you feel and respond. The goal is to help you better understand yourself and feel more confident in how you navigate what comes next.

You can be proud of the life you’ve built and still want to experience it differently. You can also look at where you are and know it isn’t where you want to stay. Sometimes, understanding yourself more deeply creates room for greater intention, connection, and choice.
